A.C.E. Reporting Services Inc. was founded in 2000 by four previous government official court reporters whose positions were abolished due to the privatization of court reporting. March 1st, 2015, Lucille Derkach, founder and president of Royal Reporting Services Ltd. since 1985, joined forces with A.C.E. Reporting through an acquisition/merger. A.C.E. Reporting and Royal Reporting, Lucille, Chad, Sonja, Olga, Debbie and Darlene, all shared the exact same values in what is required for a successful court reporting and transcription company. With the previous owners’ desire to step back from management and work as certified court reporters on a full-time and/or part-time basis, and Lucille and Chad’s desire to manage, this was an opportune time and a perfect fit for all of us.
A.C.E. Reporting and Royal Reporting’s combined experience is 50 years in the court reporting and transcription industry. Lucille, along with Chad Heibein, co-owner, manage A.C.E. Reporting in addition to the professional office staff which also includes a business manager, Northwest Territories’ project manager, administrative staff, bookkeeper, chief operation’s manager, trainers (mentors) and an Alberta transcript project manager.
